Q.01What is a Varshphal, and how is it different from a free yearly rashifal?
A rashifal is written for one Moon sign — one-twelfth of everyone. A Varshphal is an annual chart cast for the exact moment the Sun returns to its position at your birth, read together with your birth chart and running dasha. It is personal to your date, time and place of birth.
Q.02Which 12 months does the 2027 report cover?
January to December 2027. A Varshphal year runs from one birthday to the next, so your report combines the two annual charts that cover 2027 and shows each for the months it governs.
Q.03Do I need my exact birth time? What if I don't know it?
An exact time gives the most accurate Lagna and Muntha. If you don't know it, choose 'I don't know my exact birth time': we use 12:00 noon and mark the sections that depend on it. The consultation tier can help you rectify your birth time.
Q.04Who prepares my report?
Your chart, dashas, transits and Chandrashtama dates are calculated precisely with the Swiss Ephemeris, and the reading follows Dr. Mahima's method. Dr. Mahima then checks your report and approves it before it is sent to you. With the consultation plan she also reads your chart with you, live.
Q.05How soon will I get it, and where?
Within 3 days of payment, often sooner: a link to your interactive dashboard plus the PDF, on WhatsApp and email. We message you on WhatsApp as soon as your order is received.
Q.06Is it available in Hindi?
Yes. Choose Hindi or English when you order; the whole report, including the dashboard, is in that language.
Q.07What are 'danger periods' and 'Chandrashtama days'?
Danger periods are stretches when slow planets press on sensitive points of your chart — Sade Sati, Dhaiya, Ashtama Shani, Mars over your Moon. Chandrashtama is the 2–3 days each month when the Moon crosses the 8th sign from your birth Moon; traditionally you avoid new beginnings, contracts and long journeys on those days. Both are listed with dates.
Q.08Will it tell me the exact date of my marriage or a new job?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. It shows the months and windows that favour each area of life and the periods to be careful, so you can time your decisions.
Q.09What does the consultation include, and how is the slot booked?
A 30-minute one-to-one call (video or phone, Hindi or English) with Dr. Mahima within 72 hours of purchase. She walks you through your report and answers up to four questions; you get one follow-up question on WhatsApp within 7 days and a written remedy plan. The slot is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Q.10Can I order for a family member?
Yes. Enter their birth details and your WhatsApp number. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.
Q.11Is my birth data private?
Your details are used only to prepare your report and invoice, stored securely, never sold, and deleted on request. The full privacy notice is linked below.
Q.12What is the refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your report is delivered. Once it has been delivered it cannot be cancelled. Wrong birth details? Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we correct the report once, free. If we cannot deliver it or fix an error, you get a full refund in 5–7 working days. Consultations can be rescheduled once with 12 hours' notice.
Q.13Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through our secure payment provider (Fliqr Billings). A GST invoice is emailed with your report.
