Delivery Policy

Effective 1 November 2026 · Digital delivery only. Nothing is shipped.

What you receive

• A private link to your interactive Varshphal 2027 dashboard and report (viewable on any phone or computer).
• The same report as a PDF (about 26 pages) in the language you chose.
• A GST tax invoice by email.
• For the consultation tier: a confirmed 30-minute slot with Dr. Mahima Chaturvedi within 72 hours of purchase, confirmed on WhatsApp.

When and where

• After payment is confirmed by our payment provider, your report is prepared from the birth details you entered and checked and approved by Dr. Mahima Chaturvedi before it is sent. Delivery is within 3 days of confirmed payment, often sooner. We confirm receipt of your order on WhatsApp.
• The link and PDF are sent to the WhatsApp number and email address you entered at checkout. Please check both, including spam folders.
• The report link stays valid for at least 12 months. Keep the PDF for your records.

If it does not arrive

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91193 78566 or email [email protected] [confirm] with your payment ID. If we cannot deliver your report within 3 days of a confirmed payment, you may request a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
