1. What you are buying
- Varshphal 2027 Report — ₹1,178.82 all-inclusive (₹999 + ₹179.82 GST @18%): a personalised annual horoscope of about 26 pages, calculated from the birth details you enter, delivered as a private web link and PDF in Hindi or English.
- Report + Consultation — ₹2,594.82 all-inclusive (₹2,199 + ₹395.82 GST @18%): the report plus one 30-minute consultation with Dr. Mahima Chaturvedi by video or phone, up to four questions, one follow-up question on WhatsApp within 7 days and a written remedy plan.
- Prices are shown as single all-inclusive figures with their GST break-up. There are no other charges. Prices may change for future orders; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
2. Nature of the service and disclaimer
- Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. The report and consultation give guidance for planning and self-reflection. They do not predict or guarantee any event, and they are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility.
- Remedies (mantras, charity, fasts, gemstone suggestions) are traditional practices offered as suggestions. They are not treatments, cures or preventions for any disease or condition. Consult a qualified doctor for health matters.
- "Dr." in Dr. Mahima Chaturvedi's name is [basis to be stated once, e.g. a doctorate in Jyotish — to be confirmed]; it is not a medical qualification.
- Calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris with Lahiri ayanamsha and the Tajika (Varshphal) method. Results depend on the accuracy of the birth details you provide; if the birth time is unknown, 12:00 noon is used and time-sensitive sections are marked.
3. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate birth and contact details. One free regeneration is available for mistakes reported within 24 hours (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Orders for anyone under 18 must be placed by a parent or guardian.
- Keep your report link private. The report is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use; it may not be resold, republished or used to train automated systems.
4. Payment, invoices and delivery
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Fliqr Billings (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store card or bank details.
- A GST tax invoice is issued automatically and emailed with your report.
- Delivery is digital, within 3 days of confirmed payment, to the WhatsApp number and email you entered. Each report is checked and approved by Dr. Mahima Chaturvedi before it is sent. See the Delivery Policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Consultations
- Slots are offered within 72 hours of purchase and confirmed on WhatsApp. One free reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice; a slot missed by more than 10 minutes is forfeited.
- Consultations are not recorded by us. Please do not record them without consent.
- Dr. Mahima may decline to answer questions that require medical, legal or financial expertise and will refer you to the appropriate professional.
7. Intellectual property
The report format, text, dashboard and this website are the property of Shree Astro & Vastu Solutions. Your birth details remain yours.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the report or consultation, or for delays caused by incorrect contact details, network outages or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Grievances

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum of your choice.
